By registering for, accessing, or using ArrowLane services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

ArrowLane provides IoT temperature monitoring, real-time data collection and alerts, FDA compliance documentation automation, executive dashboards, and customer support.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access if you fail to secure your password.

4. PAYMENT & BILLING

• Pricing is as stated on our Pricing page
• Billing is monthly unless you select annual commitment
• Payment due upon invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. TERMINATION

• You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice
• We may terminate immediately for violation of terms
• Your data is available for export for 30 days after termination

8. DATA OWNERSHIP

You retain all ownership rights to your data. You grant us the right to store and process your data to provide the Service.
