ABOUT ARROW · MEMPHIS · CHICAGO · DALLAS

Compliance software by people who’ve sat through the audit.

Arrow was started in Memphis by a second-generation fleet operator and the engineers who built compliance systems at two of the largest telematics companies. We’d all watched the same thing: software that records problems, sold to people who need problems prevented.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Three positions we won’t move on.

01
Recording is not compliance

An ELD that only documents your violations is a running record of what they cost you. The point of knowing a violation is coming is to stop it. Everything we build serves that.

02
Drivers are the customer too

Half the industry’s software treats drivers as a sensor to be monitored. Drivers quit fleets over bad ELDs — so the app has to answer their questions, fast, in a dark cab, with gloves on.

03
AI must show its work

In a product where the government can subpoena the records, “the model said so” is not an answer. Every flag Arrow raises carries the rule, the data, and the math behind it.

We hire people who have been on the receiving end of a DOT audit, a roadside inspection, or a 2 AM dispatch crisis. It shows up in the product.
The Arrow operating principle

Talk to someone who
knows trucking.

Every demo is run by someone who can read a CSA report. Bring your hardest compliance question.
